What we collect and why

Signup form (free checklist / Niko's Crew): your first name, email, when your cruise is, your ship and who you travel with (the last three are optional). We use them to send you the checklist and occasional AmigoSantorini emails with cruise-day tips and launch news, adapted to your trip.
Emails you send us: we use them only to answer you.
Hub access: a small cookie remembers your access code so you don't have to type it again. It is necessary for the service to work.
Language and theme: stored in your own browser (local storage) to remember your choice.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the "unsubscribe" link in every email or by writing to us.

Who processes the data for us

MailerLite (email service, EU) stores the subscriber list and sends the emails.
Cloudflare hosts the website and forwards emails sent to [email protected].
The website loads fonts, icons and images from third-party services (such as Google Fonts and Unsplash), which receive your IP address when the page loads.

We never sell or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we delete your details, except where the law requires us to keep something.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit its use, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD: aepd.es).

Qué datos recogemos y para qué

Formulario (checklist gratis / Niko's Crew): nombre, email, cuándo es tu crucero, tu barco y con quién viajas (los tres últimos son opcionales). Los usamos para enviarte el checklist y emails ocasionales de AmigoSantorini con consejos y novedades del lanzamiento, adaptados a tu viaje.
Emails que nos envías: solo para responderte.
Acceso al hub: una cookie técnica recuerda tu código de acceso. Es necesaria para que el servicio funcione.
Idioma y tema: se guardan en tu propio navegador para recordar tu elección.

Base legal

Tu consentimiento, al marcar la casilla del formulario. Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras con el enlace "darse de baja" de cada email o escribiéndonos.

Quién trata los datos por nosotros

MailerLite (servicio de email, UE): guarda la lista y envía los emails.
Cloudflare: aloja la web y reenvía los emails dirigidos a [email protected].
La web carga fuentes, iconos e imágenes de servicios de terceros (como Google Fonts y Unsplash), que reciben tu dirección IP al cargar la página.

Nunca vendemos ni cedemos tus datos a nadie para su propio marketing.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Hasta que te des de baja o nos pidas borrarlos. Después los eliminamos, salvo lo que la ley obligue a conservar.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, portabilidad, oposición o limitación, y retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a [email protected]. También puedes reclamar ante la AEPD (aepd.es).
